CONCEPT
In 2025, Taiwan and Paraguay will commemorate the 68th anniversary of their diplomatic ties — a milestone of profound and lasting significance in the history of their friendship. The national papercut gift adopts the signature red associated with the Colorado Party, symbolizing the deep and enduring partnership between the two nations. The composition features portraits of President Santiago Peña and First Lady Leticia, integrated with Ñandutí — Paraguay’s renowned national intangible cultural heritage, famous for its radiating lacework — weaving together a shared vision for the future. The imagery of Taiwan’s bubble tea and Paraguay’s mate tea raised in a toast conveys cultural exchange and enduring friendship, celebrating the two countries’ continued cooperation and a bright path forward together.
2025年，適逢臺灣與巴拉圭建交68週年，意義非凡，足以銘記於雙方友誼的歷史篇章。國禮剪紙作品特以象徵總統紅黨精神的經典紅色為主色，象徵兩國之間深厚且堅實的夥伴關係。構圖融入聖地牙哥·培尼亞總統及第一夫人蕾蒂西亞的肖像，並結合巴拉圭享譽世界、以放射狀編織聞名的國家級非物質文化遺產—蜘蛛繡（Ñandutí），交織出對未來的共同願景。作品中臺灣珍珠奶茶與巴拉圭瑪黛茶相互舉杯，傳達文化相互交融、情誼歷久彌堅之意，共同祝賀兩國攜手邁向更長遠的合作新篇章。
