CONCEPT

Photosynthesis Protective Shell acts as a UV-resistant shielding structure, opening and closing like a bionic flower in response to changes in the UV index. It is made up of device modules that absorb sunlight during the day, storing it and converting it into kinetic energy to power the shell’s opening and closing. When the ultraviolet light intensity is high, the shell closes in to form a shielding pavilion. When the ultraviolet rays are weak at night, the shell transforms into a glowing installation art.

光合作用保護殼充當防紫外線護罩的結構,會根據紫外線指數的變化,像仿生花朵一樣開啟和關閉。它由白天吸收陽光、將其儲存並轉換為動能以供應保護殼的開合所需的裝置模組組成。當紫外光強度很高時,殼體會關閉以形成一個遮蔭的亭子。當夜晚紫外線較弱時,殼體會變成發光的藝術裝置。
