CONCEPT

The high infection rate of COVID-19 causes panic in society. People are worried about the risk of cluster infection and uncertainty movement when seeking medical attention in the hospital. It’s not only lowers the willingness of people’s hospital visits but also causes huge mental pressure on medical personnel. When people need to go to the hospital, social distancing shall still be maintained. It changes the process of face-to-face medical attention and generates a medical service of virtual medicine. The safety of seeing a doctor in the hospital can be affected through service design.

在疫情嚴重情況下,有些患者仍需就醫,在不清楚其他病患曾經的足跡下,進入醫院可能會造成感染風險,因此降低了病患就診的意願,也給醫務人員帶來了巨大的壓力。當需要去醫院時,仍保持社交距離,並在就醫前詢問接觸史。將空間設計融入服務設計理念,注重使用者需求,結合科技技術,提出新型態醫療服務設計,改變了面對面就醫的流程,促使遠端醫療服務。透過服務設計影響醫療看診流程以及解決疫情當下須至醫療診所就醫的疑慮。
