This year, Fendi’s iconic Pequin stripe celebrates its 30th anniversary, taking center stage in Fendi’s Autumn/Winter collection as a defining element. This season, Sherling wool (the wool from a lamb’s first shearing after birth) is extensively used to create a rich texture, seamlessly integrating with the brand’s consistent dualistic core. Combined with sheared mink or deer skin, trimmed to remove longer hair, the result is a soft and creamy texture that contrasts dramatically with the Sherling wool. To mark this occasion, FENDI’s fashion show has collaborated with the renowned paper-cutting artist, Chen Yan-Ting, to perfectly showcase the captivating fusion of fashion and paper art. At the event, you can witness Chen Yan-Ting, the paper-cutting artist, demonstrating his exceptional skill, crafting your side profile into a one-of-a-kind artwork!
